CBA opens registration for its 2022 Internship Program

São Paulo, July 04, 2022 – CBA – Companhia Brasileira de Alumínio (CBAV3) is accepting registrations for new vacancies on its 2022 Internship Program at its plants in Alumínio (SP) and São Paulo (SP). Candidates can apply up to August 01 on the recruiting platform https://vagas.ciadetalentos.com.br/hotsite/ESTAGIOCBA2022   In this edition there are approximately 20 vacancies for talents studying Engineering (Civil, Chemical, Mechanical, Production, Electrical, Metallurgical, Mechatronics, Control and Automation, Environmental and Materials), Mechanical Drawings, Mechanical Manufacturing, Metallurgy, Administration, Economics, Logistics, Foreign Trade, International Relations, Systems Technology, Systems Analysis and Data Science. The internship program has duration of two years. The selection process will be fully online and supported by Cia de Talentos. After submitting their application, young talents take digital assessments in which they undergo mapping tests to assess behavioral compliance and work style. The size of the logical rationale is then assessed (spatial, interference, numerical, analytical and synthesis). The intention is for candidates to be identified according to best buy-in to the CBA Culture Pillars and particularities of the opportunities. Lastly, those classified enter the interviewing stage conducted by CBA managers. In each stage applicants receive an automatic feedback about their performance or profile. At the end of the process, all parties receive feedback on their participation in the selection process. If they pass, they progress to the matchmaking and hiring stages. Applicants can view their status at each stage of the selection process on the platform, which automates feedback and status tracking. Approved applicants undergo an onboarding process with internal activities. Internships are on a paid basis and selected interns receive benefits such as health and dental insurance, life insurance, grocery allowances, meals and transportation.
